      Pros

      None I can think of. It's a nice office I suppose. The windows open but not wide enough to throw yourself out.

      Cons

      The skeleton crew that remains spends a lot of time impersonating people who believe in the company by posting fake news on LinkedIn, Twitter, and here. This is hands down the most oppressive and sexist place I have ever worked. The strong people with real talent who fought the good fight against the bullies have left the building to pursue work with real leaders and real technology. Don't be fooled into working for or with this company and don't buy their nonsense "product".

      Pros

      There are great people who work(ed) there who have tried valiantly to keep the lights on and make it a better place. Base pay was decent.

      Cons

      The company exists solely to support the ego of the CEO. Complete lack of leadership. Very top-heavy management structure for such an early-stage company. Serious over-selling of the capabilities of the product leads to consistent over-promising and under-delivering to customers. Difficulty closing any new business since spinning out from the parent company, in no small part due to numerous unforced errors and constant churn in the sales team. All resulting in good people reaching for the door at an ever increasing pace.

      I love working for this company! A true start-up where each person has an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the organization's success. Hands-on leadership is constantly evaluating what's working and what's not and making necessary (albeit sometimes extremely difficult) changes to be able to share our off-the-charts amazing Artificial Intelligence Marketing system to a waiting world! CEO is great balance of brilliant technologist and pragmatic visionary, able to effectively translate advanced mathematics into top-line business results - a huge asset in the system development and sales process. Great teaming/collaborating - opportunity to share ideas/contribute within the strategic direction of the company and individual departments and own our own destinies at the same time. Lots of people passionate about our technology and how it can help companies significantly increase revenue by exponentially improving personalization and optimization of the customer experience. Senior execs very open to new ideas and working together to make the company better and successful. Great Board of Directors that is focused on the company's long-term growth. Excellent pay and benefits. Great location in historic downtown Seattle skyscraper - lots of restaurants and interesting places within walking distance. Easy commute from almost anywhere.

      Cons

      Typical start-up challenges of needing to regularly define, refine, and re-define processes, since we're in the early stages of creating repeatability across the organization. Exciting though for each employee to have the opportunity to help create those repeatable processes, and be significant, critical, and instrumental players at this stage of Amplero's development!
