Pros

- Really good benefits - fully paid Medical and 3 weeks of PTO. - Weekends and holidays are taken seriously. - Fast-paced environment with lots of different projects to work on. - Results-oriented culture - If you like to get work done, you will thrive. - Almost no politics or backstabbing. They hire chill people. - Management will listen to your ideas, and often implement them. - Flat company where you are encouraged to take initiative. - The owner jokes about being a jerk, but in reality he is a strongly principled humanitarian who cares about his people, and those principles resonates through the rest of the company and have a very positive effect.

Cons

Company Wide - Flat company makes the decision-making process a little slow, and decisions tend to bottleneck at the owner. - Too many long, mandatory meetings where nothing important gets done. - Projects are often started and abandoned rapidly as the company pivots, resulting in lots of loose ends. CX Specific - As a Customer Experience person, the flat organization does not help you, because it means you have 7 bosses instead of 1. - Critical decisions and tasks are frequently crowd-sourced to the CX team instead of assigned to a particular person.

Pros

Great health insurance which is fully paid by the company. Mostly friendly coworkers who are easy to get along with and willing to help when you need it if they have time. Complex and interesting projects working with sporting event venues.

Cons

-Fear based leadership. -Micromanagement. -Bully atmosphere and gaslighting by upper management. -Poor communication from the top creates confusion and dysfunction. -Project coordinators also function as AP and AR leaving little time to focus on proactive responses to client needs. -Promoting "flat organization" illusion but not reality. -Nonexistent HR. -Little to no training due to coworkers being too overloaded to train since there is no HR. -No opportunity for advancement. -High Turnover. -Below market salary. -Lack of culture or diversity. -Lack of boundaries.

Pros

It feels as though most everyone in the company is pulling together in the same direction. Its a flat management style meaning no micro-managers or bloated egos. You're able to fail and learn from your mistakes as we all should. It's a nice office environment with open work stations and modern cubicles in the front office. Clean, bright and organized warehouse area with good lighting and plenty of work space in the back. The client list is incredible. Some of the largest sports and other brands in the world which means you're always working on very cool projects. And because they're on the cutting edge of technology, they spend money on R&D so they can continue to grow. Healthy balance sheet too. No investors or outside groups driving to ridiculous goals or expectations.

Cons

No basketball court or ping pong tables. However, I think a deal with food trucks may be in the works?
