Get to work from home - remote, the services offered are valuable and needed. There is always work. Monday-Friday shifts. They provide all necessary equipment to work from home.

Cons

Lack of communication, consistency, training, and management support. You must pick up quickly on training. Too many procedures done differently among each representative.
