      Pros

      You get to be around animals all day. Other than that, there really aren't a lot of pros. You definitely won't get paid what you're supposed to.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. They won't tell you what you're doing wrong, so instead they'll just treat you like dirt in a passive aggressive manner.

      Pros

      Ability to learn a lot that you wouldn't be able to learn elsewhere. Some really awesome people to work with.

      Cons

      Sometimes toxic work environment, don't get paid what you're worth.

      Working with the animals and middle management under Tom was great

      Cons

      Upper management has no place in the day to day sales. They are terribly judgemental about the employees. They just see them as a number.
