Manager power tripping and looking for someone to blame, too many reporting requirements, the internal pressure is worse than client deliverables, monthly KPI which is basically not all services provided to there, kimble/timesheet which is useless as you cant really accurately put all the tasks you’ve done and it also adds to time preparing it, false promises of promotion to delegate manager’s responsibilities to fund accountant to ease their responsibilities (not really appealing to people who are looking for work life balance), salaries way below the market.

Toxic culture Forced to work in the office 5 days, used to have flexibility but that's all gone poor pay global management seem out of touch systems are very poor and manual. still rely on excel for everything. No care for the staff, it's all about more clients and more money from current clients All jobs are going offshore so those that are left are doing crazy hours Staff are not replaced so expected to just cover and take on more Always covering for offshore teams and apologising to clients
