This environment has changed from a positive environment to one that is passive aggressive. People are afraid to say anything as they fear for their jobs. If you are well liked, it doesnt matter if you have the education and experience to handle a position, you will be rewarded. Numerous people at this company are highly compensated in their areas, and would not be in their selective position in the real world. 90 of senior management with the skills and savvy have been laid off as well as competent directors. Instead managers remain with no clue as to handle the day to day decisions
