- no "system" in place (guidelines and regulations) - salary is not competitive (interviewer allows you to lowball yourself) - micromanagement is prevalent - no opportunity for career growth - some situations have led to poor treatment of fellow team members (cursing, throwing insults, threats of dismissal, etc) despite a lack of training - language barrier causes miscommunication overall: unhealthy and unproductive work environment

Micro managerial , standards and commitment required do not reflect salary, general stressed atmosphere. Also very intense hard work though this isn't necessarily a problem unless you're being shouted at or condescended for doing your best. Expected to respond to messages and read lengthy emails / updated between shifts at hours such as 10pm on a regular basis.
