      Toxic Work Environment Manager needs Anger Management, many times I heard the Manager say how much she hates our Supervisor, Manager had a little clique in there that would do all her dirty work, and they would always suggest bullying of other employees, also there is no such thing as HR in there. Also if you work hard enough they would begin to micro manage you

      Pros

      - employees are eager to make an impact - cool concept of a startup and a dream come true if you’re into the card collecting hobby.

      Cons

      these all come with the territory of a startup - little to zero tolerance for mistakes. - high rate of turnover. - (while it didn’t happen with me), if you get on a manager’s bad side, your growth is dead and they will ultimately push you out. - bent over way too backwards for customers at times which was causing them to lose money. not sure how it is now though.
