Unlimited FTO for the depts that are resourced well enough to use it.
Cons
Understaffed. Inappropriate “culture”; if you don’t drink you won’t fit in. Merit increases not based on reviews but favoritism. Lack of communication from leadership. No HR presence on leadership. Lack of DE&I presence in the agency AND the work.
