- bARGONAUT/Happy Hour every Thursday - Cool art gallery and cultural events - "Unlimited" vacation - You can get in touch and work with very talented people, but they do not last long in the company

Cons

- If you are not a bearded white man, you will hardly be heard or promoted. - Huge lack of communication between execs and employees. - Constant ego battles

Pros

Everyone outside of the core leadership is just wonderful. Beautiful office. Great snacks. Pretty good benefits outside of raises.

Cons

Deeply selfish leadership team. Culture is toxic. All accounts are boring and awful. Don't come here expecting to make any real work (every once in awhile a cool brief does come through, but they hire freelancers). They start you off decent, but good luck getting a review.
