The boss is rude , treats us like a slave monkey, underpaid all while he gives himself a big bonus by the end of the year..our bonuses are trash..it's like gas money to put it into perspective....also there is a review titled "dependable job" please ignore that it's been updated since they have been paid handsomely.....also can't trust management to have your back, half of them look out for themselves.....no proper training for new employees ......no profit sharing for ridiculously hard samples we are supposed to do....all while he benefits from our stressful slave labour from the extra fees he charges his clients.... family issues as an excuse to not give you your raise , where you could basically a rent for a year.....bay area is expensive...stay away....it's a trap......if this gets flagged it's probably a manager or the boss who did.....

I often did work unrelated to what I was hired for. Little time was made to learn new skills. Raises aren't given often.
