      Pros

      The environment is very relaxed, you can come to work in comfortable attire. There are occasional company provided lunches bringing the employees to form bonds.

      Cons

      False advertisement, promises of raises are made and NEVER followed through. When a raise is provided for proper deserved merit, the amount is insignificant and unnoticeable. Prepare to fight a losing battle because you will leave the day feeling stressed and lost.

      The company has great coworkers, values, and community aspect.

      Cons

      Management is non existent or not on site. The company needs some better organisation and management with people who are present onsite daily to help the company move forward, stay on task, and develop into the future.
