      Pros

      Food trucks, snacks in break room, bonus contests.

      Cons

      Inconsistent work during down time, impossible deadlines to meet during busy time. Top of company narcissism. Everyone was told for months on end that more work would be coming while using PTO to earn a full paycheck. Status says full-time when it was essentially a part-time position. After waiting months for work to show up I was unexpectedly terminated. (This happened to multiple people.)
