Pros

As a Service Delivery Manager, one of the things I value most about Asignet is the level of ownership and exposure you get. The work is meaningful, the team is committed, and there is a strong focus on solving real client problems. You are not boxed into a narrow role, which creates a great learning environment and gives you the chance to contribute across operations, client delivery, automation, and process improvement. It is a company with strong potential, smart people, and a product that addresses important business needs in expense management, visibility, and control.

Cons

Like many growing companies, some processes are still evolving and priorities can shift quickly. That can create ambiguity at times, especially for people who prefer a more structured environment. Expectations are high, and the pace can be demanding, but that also comes with the opportunity to have real influence and help shape how the company grows.

Pros

It’s a great place where you’re encouraged to learn, share ideas, and in my casegrow alongside clients. Asignet is a company with a startup culture, full of energy, constant change, and exciting opportunities that foster flexibility and dynamism in our day-to-day work. There’s a collaborative and friendly work environment that fosters a strong sense of teamwork.

Cons

TEM is a field that can be difficult to grasp at first, and there are many areas where it’s hard to understand the exact value it provides to the client; but at the end of the day, it translates into a management tool that adds significant value to organizations.

Pros

This is a very innovative company that is building multiple products that genuinely disrupt their respective industries. There is a strong focus on solving real problems through technology, automation, and smart design rather than incremental improvements. As an employee, it is exciting to be part of a team that is clearly building, not just maintaining. The company is growing very fast, which makes the work feel dynamic. Decisions move quickly and there is always something new happening. I have also liked that you get a real view into how things run across teams, not just your own lane. On the TEM side, they have gone through two acquisitions and brought those customers over to the platform. From the inside, it was a lot of coordination and problem solving across teams, but it is also the kind of thing that shows you the company can execute when things are complex. It is not perfect, but it has been impressive to see it come together and keep moving forward. In my role as a Business Analyst, I have been genuinely impressed with how much we can solve for clients using the company’s RPA technology. Being involved in building new products, deploying them, and figuring out how to create solutions with the tools we have is honestly rewarding. You can see things go from idea to real delivery, and it feels good to be part of that. In the US, the team is fully remote, which has been great for flexibility and work life balance. Overall, it is a good place for people who want to build, learn quickly, and be part of a company that is scaling.

Cons

Because the pace is so fast and there is a strong start up vibe, the organization and processes are not always as structured as more mature companies. It is not a dealbreaker, but you need to be comfortable with some ambiguity and figuring things out as you go. Since the US team is fully remote, it would be nice to have an in person team meetup every couple of months. I think that would help with alignment, collaboration, and building relationships across teams.
