      Terrible experience. Terrible codebase. Huge security vulnerabilities.

      Pros

      Good promises. Work from home.

      Cons

      Lots of them. The quality of the code is terrible. Their "Wayfast" patented solution (vaporware) hangs all the time, IIS server should be restarted 3 or 4 times per hour. Huge security flaws, no encryption for passwords, a fake company. Current solution does not scale at all (50 concurrent users will hang it). Lots of javascript code inside the database! All code is persisted in the database! Even images are persisted in database. Terribly slow.

      Pros

      Pros There really aren't any pros othen than most of the folks that are below C-Level work hard with exhaustive hours and are pleasant to work with; however are not empowered to effect any real change.

      Cons

      Cons - Broken C-Level management. True Leaders know how to lead, and bring their employees and clients to better outcomes. That is not the case here - all Exec and management level have no authority. All approvals and decisions are done by the CEO. CEO does not understand where his weaknesses are - does not delegate to management chain nor entrust them to lead the business vision. They will not scale if a change is not made at the CEO and CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) level

      Pros

      Those actually doing the work are amazing and helpful. Company has huge potential.

      Cons

      They are their own worst enemy. CEO is disconnected from reality and lives in a fantasy world. Organizational structure is counter productive to accomplishing any goals. Goals, targets, and client deliverables are 100% unattainable within the current working enviroment. Turnover is greater than 50% in the past 12 months. HR is unresponsive and unreliable. Famous catch phrase is "The next 6 months is going to be difficult!" The start of that 6 months never really starts.
