      Pros

      One can develop technical expertise here

      Cons

      Delays in salaries. Brutal policies. It cannot be trusted. Fired 6 employees on a single day without notice. Employees are not valued at all but are treated like robots instead. The word Management literally has no meaning here.

      Pros

      - Working on the very cutting-edge of communication technology. - Great technical experts and mentors. Quite supportive both in and outside your professional life. - Excellent prospects for growth, with a chance to develop newer, more useful skills. - Opportunity to experience the 'startup culture' up close.

      Cons

      - As with any startup, days are never long enough and deadlines are plenty. - Work-life balance is difficult to maintain. The seniors are usually supportive of you trying to improve, but you have to push for a healthier lifestyle yourself. - Work culture is a constant tussle between you and the management. Expectations are high, but if you meet them you are usually rewarded appropriately.

      - Great, Cutting edge technology - Great place that encourages learning - Get to work with technology experts and also meet Industry experts, overall a decent learning experience

      Cons

      - Bad management - Salaries not given on time. Always takes 3-4 days at least every month to credit the salary - Expect you to work without salary for months, with no appreciation - Toxic Work Environment - Absolutely No work-life balance
