Pros

Literally everyone including management is of sub-par intelligence. You can easily talk yourself out of anything.

Cons

The entire experience has been a con. 1 - No fixed job profile. Most of the staff doesn't understand what planners do, hence anything involving - visual representation of data, numbers, powerpoint in general, most basic problematic sentences. Everything is considered as planning (basically anything that requires cognition). 2 - The founder literally asks HR to flood glassdoor with positive reviews of the company.

Pros

Met some talented professionals, especially in Art and Copy. Fairly LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Cons

Where to even start 1. The HR is overinvolved in every single process. Will micromanage everything and everyone and is not at all suitable as an HR. 2. The founder is not at all suited to lead creative people. He should consider using his business acumen in a place where it leads to actual growth. 3. The processes and policies are terrible when it comes to mental health leave, sick leave, and general flexibility. Not at all accomodating or flexible. They also treat employees like children. 4. Toxic work environment and culture with people literally just staying because they don't have any alternative or have responsibilities.

It's unfortunate that our current policies have not adequately accommodated your needs. To address this, we are actively considering policies to prioritize employees' mental health and overall well-being. Further at Asym, in order to create a positive and growth culture, we offer various feedback channels within the company for employees to express and suggest ideas for the betterment of the organization. These include our corporate HRMS, the suggestion box, email and/or private conversations with the HR team members. Also recently, our CEO conducted extensive skip level discussions with several employees to understand workplace related issues and measures for improvement. We are committed to making necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience for our Asym employees. You meet many people, as they tend to come and go, many resign after just a few months.

Cons

Extremely disappointing experience, poor management and the most unprofessional CD (copy) I’ve encountered.
