Pros

Met some talented professionals, especially in Art and Copy. Fairly LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Cons

Where to even start 1. The HR is overinvolved in every single process. Will micromanage everything and everyone and is not at all suitable as an HR. 2. The founder is not at all suited to lead creative people. He should consider using his business acumen in a place where it leads to actual growth. 3. The processes and policies are terrible when it comes to mental health leave, sick leave, and general flexibility. Not at all accomodating or flexible. They also treat employees like children. 4. Toxic work environment and culture with people literally just staying because they don't have any alternative or have responsibilities.

Thank you for sharing your insights and experiences. We value feedback on both, the positive aspects, and areas where we can enhance our workplace. While it's uplifting to hear about your interactions with talented professionals and the LGBTQIA+ friendliness of our workplace, we also take your concerns seriously and are committed to addressing them to foster a more positive and supportive environment for everyone. It's unfortunate that our current policies have not adequately accommodated your needs. To address this, we are actively considering policies to prioritize employees' mental health and overall well-being. Further at Asym, in order to create a positive and growth culture, we offer various feedback channels within the company for employees to express and suggest ideas for the betterment of the organization. These include our corporate HRMS, the suggestion box, email and/or private conversations with the HR team members. Also recently, our CEO conducted extensive skip level discussions with several employees to understand workplace related issues and measures for improvement. We are committed to making necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience for our Asym employees. If you have specific suggestions or would like to discuss these issues further, please feel free to reach out to me at (priyanka.dave@asymmetrique.net). Thank you for helping us understand areas where we can improve our workplace. Priyanka Dave Head - Human Resource Asymmetrique

Pros

Come Diwali, a faint buzz was felt on the work floor. Something was about to happen. In the town hall that followed, cat was out of the bag. MD Nitin announced rollout of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) to everyone's pleasent surprise. Deservingly, a dozen employees, about one fourth of current staff strength, across all levels - from junior most to top rung - were announced receiving (obviously undisclosed number) of ESOPs. In the Indian Digital Agency world, Asymmetrique probably moved the cheese first on employees' participation in management. By stepping into the ESOP era, company has thrown a big challenge to its employees - stay put...do well...and this deferred reward could come your way. Here's to creating wealth. Opportunity to unlock your future.

Cons

Only growth, no downsides ahead.
