Great work-life balance. Firm fully pays for health insurance

Cons

Minimal training upfront. Expectations vary wildly from partner to partner. Small firm so not much exposure to larger clients. Older management set culture & are fairly intolerant of millennials work style

It is important to us that our team members feel they are supported. Our work from home policy is one way that we feel we demonstrate this. I'm so sorry to here that, at best, your experience with A&A was "typical". I'm not sure how long ago you left us, but I'm happy to report our turnover has been cut in half so far in 2018, putting us well below the industry average. We're also begun to promote communication and engagement through quarterly surveys. I hope that, at the very least, your exit interview provided an opportunity to tell us how we could have improved your experience. Thank you for your candid assessment of your time with A&A.

like leaving early on Friday in summer and they get you a birthday cake/card which is cool I guess

Cons

overall feeling of emptiness, most coworkers and managers are closed off, seems like even when we push to the limits it’s never enough for partners
