I'm so sorry to here that, at best, your experience with A&A was "typical". I'm not sure how long ago you left us, but I'm happy to report our turnover has been cut in half so far in 2018, putting us well below the industry average. We're also begun to promote communication and engagement through quarterly surveys. I hope that, at the very least, your exit interview provided an opportunity to tell us how we could have improved your experience. Thank you for your candid assessment of your time with A&A.
