      one can opt to be part -time and have the flexibility to manage their own schedule/time - remote work is a huge benefit

      - kind people to work with - open-minded individuals - HR works closely to support therapists - flexible schedule

      Cons

      It was my first time working fee-for-service. I was told I was going to make $70k a year, but due to my no shows, I'm making much less. The only way I'm guided in compensating for that is taking on more clients, which means possibly working longer hours.
