I experienced a variety of interactions during my tenure, ranging from the highly supportive to the challenging. The "director", Melanie, unfortunately seemed to harbor an unprofessional attitude towards me. Despite continuous positive feedback from colleagues and even the CEO, Melanie consistently conveyed dissatisfaction with my work performance. This contradiction was not only confusing but made it difficult to effectively perform my duties. It's important for any potential employee to know that there can be significant differences in feedback from different levels within the company. While it is not my place to speculate on personal motivations, it seemed that Melanie was struggling with some personal issues that might have impacted her capacity to manage in a fair and unbiased manner. This resulted in a tense working environment, which ultimately led to my dismissal.
