Pros
Long term Hybrid work from home. Cultural Diversity
Cons
This company suffers from extreme groupism, regionalism, and favoritism, especially among employees from companies that were acquired in the past, like ACS, Xerox, Siemens, Syntel etc. Managers from these companies are Excess Baggage for Atos India. Instead of integrating cultures, these legacy groups operate as closed camps that prioritize their own people over everyone else. Growth here has little to do with merit or performance. If you don’t belong to the “right” group or region, your chances of recognition, promotion, or meaningful opportunities are minimal—regardless of how capable or hardworking you are. Favoritism is openly practiced, and decisions are biased toward employees within these circles. The work environment feels suffocating and politically charged. Employees outside these groups struggle to voice ideas, advance their careers, or even get fair treatment. This has led to low morale, frustration, and disengagement among talented professionals who genuinely want to contribute. Leadership appears either unaware or unwilling to address these issues, allowing this toxic culture to continue unchecked. As a result, the company is losing good talent and holding back its own growth.
