It's been two months since I started working for attainU and I really don't know how to express how happy I am everyday working for this company. I applied for the role through linkedin, and I immediately got reply from the company mentioning that I have been shortlisted for the 1st interview round. There were 5 rounds in total( 2 telephonic rounds and 3 onsite rounds) . Each round took around 1.5 hours to complete, because in every round they ensure that the candidate is both practically fit and culturally fit. After clearing all the rounds, I finally joined attainu. This is the first time I am working full-time for a start-up company and within a few days I decided not to choose corporate company ever in my life . Every employee in the company does work like it's their own company and I think that's the most important thing for any growing organisation. Everyday we do stand up meetings where we discuss how we are progressing everyday and what is the next set of tasks to be implemented. I can keep on saying good things about the company,but I am stopping here. I think everyone must work for a company like attainu at least once in their lifetime to experience what start-up means exactly and how does it work.
