Incentives are based on weekly performance. After the last week of the month is over, it takes us around 7 working days to calculate all the incentives, get them cross-checked by the Team Leads. Once that is done, then we process the payouts. In effect, all our monthly payments get processed up to 7 working days after the month is over. We try from our side that there is transparency in the incentives. Please reach out to your TL in case that is not the case for you.
