Pros
- A lot of opportunity as an engineer to lead projects and get great hands-on experience - A lot of customers and usage of platform you're working on - Overall many smart, approachable, down to earth people work there creating a solid engineering culture - Quality and scalable products to work on
Cons
- Bad leadership at the executive and VP-levels (in engineering) - No steady road-map making engineering have to context-switch week to week on what they're working on - Not enough engineering managers to manage everyone and the work load efficiently - Products being built often suffer from needing to ship code quickly to make customers happy - Overall, very chaotic and unorganized place to work
