Pros

Get to spend summer in the most beautiful parts of the world.

Cons

16-hour days, rely on tips to survive (part of the client welcome meeting is guide telling guest how much to tip), poor communication from upper management (will send an email rather than tell you something in person), administrative jobs fall on low-level employees (vehicles and trailer issues incredibly common), will not pay for travel days that are required for the job, and more.
