Pros

Nothing good to say about this company - commission based sales

Cons

Our CEO was recently sacked and the Sydney traffic reporter promoted to CEO while there has always been some problems the new CEO does not care about people at all. This is a terrible company to work for after mNy years here can’t wait to leave One star is too many for this company

Pros

Non-existent, The workplace was not a happy one at all.

Cons

The company has potential, but upper management tends to favor middle management, which creates an imbalance in decision-making. Middle managers lack proper training, leading to issues such as micromanagement, low emotional intelligence, and passive workplace bullying. Work-life balance is a concern, with long hours often expected without proper overtime compensation. Stronger leadership training, fairer work-hour policies, and a healthier workplace culture would improve the experience for employees.
