Remuneration and job flexibility is good and a pocket of good people work there.
Cons
People don’t commit for the fear of losing their jobs, brought about by senior management. Haphazard management and zero leadership. Horrible culture that is simply a boys club. Management usually get what they want especially when bullying and harassment has taken place. They won’t consider or believe the employees side of the story. If they want you out because you have spoken up about inappropriate behaviour, they will get rid of you.
