Leadership is a toss up, some know what they're doing, some really don't. People do not mentor others here from what I saw, all anyone is interested in is the paycheck. 25ish yr old CEO that doesn't understand anything from the follower's point of view so he makes the stupidest calls.

disorganized, multiple departments working on different, conflicting directives at one time, no real leadership. you can't get anything done because you're too busy repeatedly telling different departments what you're doing and why. it's a true nightmare. departments competitive with eachother despite needing eachother, making it impossible to do your job. everyone thinks they are smarter than they are. trial-and-error company initiatives at everyone's expense. toxic community, over the top party bro culture
