This company literally blew up my life in 3 weeks. After my first interview a offer was extended. At this same time I had 2 other offers on the table from other Marketing Agencies. I ended up choosing this company because they are a full service digital marketing firm. I put my 2 week notice in with my current company and started with with Avalaunch. 3 weeks later I was let go. This company is completely reckless. I chose to write this for anyone else out there thinking about working for this company. Please make sure they 100% have a position available for you before jumping ship. I’ve never been let go from a company and this experience to say the least has been rough.
