      Some good people but oppressive management

      Pros

      Nice offices, free drinks and weekly free breakfast, good Christmas party and good insight into industry, free car service to nearby stations

      Cons

      Assistants expected to work very long days out of contracted hours, with no time in lieu or additional pay. Management are very hard on assistants and you often hear them shouting or behaving irrationally, can be very manipulative. High pressure on low wages. The staff turnover is rapid in all departments

      Television and Talent under one roof so good work experience , some nice people, good for cv

      Cons

      Bullying, very aggressive culture at top. Owner managed. High staff turnover. Inflexible working arrangements.

      Cons

      - Toxic Environment. - Abusive, rude, and disrespectful management who bully, degrade, and taunt their employees. - Employees don't stay for long, and the ones that do are only hoping to become agents so that they can then leave for another talent agency with an agents title. - Employees are in constant fear of losing their job and nonconstructive scrutiny and reprimands. - Very long hours with very little pay. - They take advantage of entry level hires who aren't experienced enough to know that the work environment they are entering is unacceptable and inhumane
