      Pros

      I've seen it all at Avanoo, from being part of the handful of dreamers launching an idea out of the garage, to our first big deals, to our current state of having an amazing product with a dedicated team. We did the impossible, and came through the other side, and now we've got the whole world in front of us. Such an amazing experience. Specifically, I like that we have a small, close-knit family-style team, good options, and some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. Above all, the Founders lead with heart, and that means everything to me.

      Cons

      I've been involved in many startups, so I knew what I was getting into, but yes, there's been some very long hours, typical startup headaches, huge problems to solve, and I took a paycut to join the team, but I knew that's what I was signing up for. It takes grit to go from absolutely nothing to building a successful company. If you want to work hard, play hard, and build awesome... this is the place. If you want a company with no growing pains, probably not for you! :)
