This company’s main problem? Leadership—straight up, it’s the CEO. Dude has zero emotional control of his mind and treats employees like crap. Instead of fixing problems, he just blames everyone else and makes you feel like it’s your fault the company’s falling apart. Honestly, the whole place feels like it’s circling the drain. They’re all about micromanaging everything. They watch your computer screens and monitor your chats like Big Brother. The CEO will threaten to fire you in meetings; it’s a game. Makes no sense. Meetings are just yelling sessions where people get humiliated in front of everyone. Forget private talks—they don’t exist. They’ll call you 24/7, even during your break. Like, ever heard of Slack? Use it. Breaks and lunch? Yeah, good luck. You’ll get dragged back to work before you even finish eating. Work-life balance? LOL, there is none. Late nights, weekends, even your time off—you’re expected to work like a machine. Procedures? Nope. The CEO runs the show however he feels that day, changing everything whenever it suits him. They lie to your face and give different stories so no one knows what’s actually going on. Transparency? None. You’re left guessing about the company’s future, and it’s exhausting. Forget about moving up in your career. No growth, no training—nothing. People are leaving or getting fired constantly. It’s chaotic, and there’s no stability for the rest of us. Priorities flip-flop all the time, and the CEO’s directions are so inconsistent it makes your head spin. If you make even a small mistake, you’re screwed. The CEO will treat you like you’re the enemy. Decisions are made behind closed doors, and employees are just left in the dark. Poor benefits. No 401k. Vacations? LOL. No. You can be called at any time in your PTO. If you’re not billable, they treat you like dead weight. It’s honestly humiliating. It is not our fault that leadership does not know how to attract clients and manage relationships. Everyone left at this place is living in fear, waiting to get fired on a whim if the CEO’s in a bad mood. The company’s practices are shady; It’s just gross. Bottom line? This company is a mess. Gross leadership, no stability, no respect, and no future. It’s honestly just sad to see, and no amount of hard work will fix it. Compare the rest of the review. He did not take care of the company’s reputation.
