      Free on site parking and team on ground level is supportive

      Cons

      - Conflict of interest with family members being second in command to director - senior management has no real life experience to lead by - poor pay, no flexibility

      Pros

      Industry sector. As a franchise of Pertemps you have the central support functions which give it a feel of being a corporate business.

      Cons

      Lack of direction by owner, constant change and a very aggressive, desperate communication style from the MD. Using loss of job as a form of motivation. So 1980’s style. MD over familiar with staff and happy to over step the mark with comments and teasing of staff!
