      Starbucks, Fresh Direct Orders, and Attendance for some events

      Cons

      The leadership team talk amongst eachother and talks badly about their workers. Upper management has little respect for their employees. You can tell that most of the employees there does not like their management team either. You can tell there is tension and there always seemed like there was some kind of drama. People just seem unhappy to be there.

      Pros

      Good perks like office snacks and upgrades working space with Mac laptops. Lower level employees work well together and have a general understanding of each other.

      Cons

      Leadership and management need a great amount of work. There is a lot of drama and talking down to employees from upper management. No one seems to be in the same page and seem to be focusing on the wrong things, not what is important. They don’t pay overtime, even though weekend work is required most of the time. Leadership micromanages and has a great distrust in their employees. It is not a positive, growing work environment at all and no room for growth.
