      Some of the worst management I've seen. Sets unrealistic deadlines, doesn't provide resources to meet them, then shifts blame when they're not met. The management is bad but the pay is almost worse

      Get trained on several different assays. Free lunches on Wednesdays.

      Unclear expectations from management. Management seems more eager to blame problems on analysts than solve them. Toxic coworkers. Outdated an glitchy technical systems. Machines in poor quality. Little opportunity for upward growth

      Great coworkers(only in the shift you’re in and ONLY some of them) PTO

      Issues appear regularly often coming from upper management, which workers get held responsible for. Lack of supplies often delaying work which affects workers. Workload. Gossip between shifts. Often coming from upper management. Unwelcoming atmosphere. Terrible software/equipment. Training system for new hires. Terrible training. Terrible communication between staff. (Will get ignored by your upper management for a week.) Everyone is aware of these issues but are indifferent about them.
