Issues appear regularly often coming from upper management, which workers get held responsible for. Lack of supplies often delaying work which affects workers. Workload. Gossip between shifts. Often coming from upper management. Unwelcoming atmosphere. Terrible software/equipment. Training system for new hires. Terrible training. Terrible communication between staff. (Will get ignored by your upper management for a week.) Everyone is aware of these issues but are indifferent about them.
