Management doesn't have a clue what they're doing. Wonders why turnover is high, when benefits (mainly retirement, but health isn't great either) are trash, pay isn't competitive, holidays aren't competitive, and employees are treated as disposable.
Bonus system is a joke. It's all or nothing based on company wide revenue goals that are rarely met. Company president likes to send a condescending memo every quarter saying "you almost got it, so the goal is fair" even though the goal hasn't been hit in over a year.
They won't even cover prescription safety glasses until you've been with the company for 3 months.
