Pros

There’s a broad set of like minded people to learn from and a big opportunity to learn.

Cons

The use of an in-house framework doesn’t support your career growth because most of the knowledge is within only the context of this specific organization which limits career growth when you leave the organization. Working with a time tracker is super stressful and limits your learning and development because you’re under constant pressure to only remain within the company’s codebase and remote repositories.

Fun environment, flexible schedules, flat organization hierarchy

Cons

Payrolls. People you work for are morons and incompetent, CEO is trash, HR is not pro-employee. People in management are not reasonable. CEO is the product team. Clients are weird.
