      Good if you need a job right away.

      Cons

      Trainer was rude , went into my first training shift did not get acknowlegd . was only spoken to when training started.. Guards dropped racial slurs , no breaks, have to take head set and radio to the washroom with you.. Only got trained 4 days and the days were spread out. Expected to much to soon underpaid for the amount of work that you are required to do.. Like stated above trainging isn't long enough. You either sink or swim.

      no a lot to say here.

      Vehicles were horrible inside, extremely filthy and very worn out. I would say it was so dirty that it would be a health concern. Few of the dispatchers were great but the ones that were bad were really bad, disrespectful, rude, power trip and plan old clueless. The job itself was not too bad however the daily encounters of needles, people tripping out on drugs, the attitudes of the general public and clients towards the company were really bad.

      $15 static $17 mobile nice uniforms no more comments

      no breaks,unsafe vehicles, guards are overworked, high turnover rate among company, have to pay for benefits, bad supervisor, charge uniform maintenance fee, very unprofessional and racist, paid $13,60 and (bonus) $4, get schedules every friday 1 week in advance, all night shifts, the owner paul is very aggressive and abusive, provides no training breaks many labour laws.
