Everyone has a single focus and that is to make the company more money and improve shareholders. Have good opportunity to grow if you are under good managers. You will enjoy good compensation if you are contributing well.
Cons
Lack of product strategy and long-term business strategy from senior management; Lack of respect for personal time as anytime is work time; Lack of appreciation for one's skill and ability and honing it - idea is that if you are a human being, you can be anything - project manager, product manager, development manager, integrations manager, sometimes all at the same time in the name of "wearing several hats". All for saving personnel cost.
