Cons
Lack of product strategy and long-term business strategy from senior management; Lack of respect for personal time as anytime is work time; Lack of appreciation for one's skill and ability and honing it - idea is that if you are a human being, you can be anything - project manager, product manager, development manager, integrations manager, sometimes all at the same time in the name of "wearing several hats". All for saving personnel cost.
