      There isn’t a single pro to working here.

      Cons

      The do not care about the employees. They treat you like utter garbage. Make promises that they never keep. Will never pay for anything above and beyond. Only pay you once a month, insurance is a joke. Management is by far the worst. 401K is owned by the owner of the company just to pad his bottom line. They will over work you to death and make sure you don’t have a life. “The job comes first” Do not under any circumstances accept a position! They will use and abuse you to the point that you will never want to go back to work.

      Pros

      Field techs get a (kinda) free car to drive but its probably not well maintained.

      Cons

      Upper management is awful. absolutely no organization or fallow through. benefits are mediocre at best. and when you leave they will probably try to bring some joke of a legal action against you.
