Pros
Good benefits such as healthcare, 401k matching, yearly health checkups, 18 vacation days, 2 pto days, paid sick leave, etc. Entry level positions offer good pay without educational background compared to other companies in and outside the industry.
Cons
Lower management, in branches, lack the knowledge or capability to actually supervise while also being micromanagers. Current training for new employees is not up to par compared to the efficiency requirements. The company is currently in a remedial phase, cutting profit sharing, closing departments, etc to maintain a solid position in the market. Technology systems are severely lacking.
