Pros

It's Flexible for you, good perks discount in the cinema and theatre. Cheaper than buying a membership to the Barbican!

Cons

Not a good family feel at all. Taking ages to provide uniform makes you feel unwelcome and then there's this absurd idea that you're meant to be working a certain amount of shifts after signing a zero hours contract. How about you include a minimum number of hours in the contracts?! I was also subject to odd ideas of power from fellow employees, standing in an empty room for hours on end with nobody in the gallery is a test but it's worse when you feel like you're back at school, being reported for management for checking the time on your phone when you need to change position. It's clear that the zero hour contacts allow for some people to work there who think this is a hobby or fun thing to do when some people are trying to sustain a living.

Pros

Attracts nice creatives who are like minded.

Cons

People who are narcissistic/rich get promoted quickly, whilst people who are good at their jobs have to do all the work. The content team is the most toxic part of the marketing team. They are aggressive, lazy, and inefficient. An embarrassment to work alongside.
