Worst management ever i seen is Bariflo labs Management
Pros
Bariflo labs closed their chennai office. So chennai engineers careers are safe now.
Cons
1.You should stay in Bariflo labs company accommodation (amount deducted from your salary). And you need be ready to work at any time when they want. There is no privacy. 2.You will not get your documents that much easily. 3.Even you get the internship offer letter there you will see the things which you discussed in interview call, either salary would reduced or internship period will extended. After that to get job offer letter you need to ask them for months, If you are little bit lucky after 6 to 7 months , atleast you will get multiple offer letter with multiple mistakes such as name, designation, joining date, address , etc. 4.After you joined your project will change frequently. While you working on one project 1 they will tell to hold project 1 and do Project 2. After some time they will ask what happened to project 1. Not only 2 you will changed between multiple projects. 5.In Bariflo labs , you can see zero technical knowledge person as in top position. Even they don't know basic basic components name. 6.You need to spend your own money for company. Sometimes it will accumulate up to more than 10k. They will tell they will reimburse you. But you need to ask them continuously for atleast 2 months. Its was really worst thing to request them continuously to get our own money.They will simply tell they are verifying for months. And you need to send your bills and expenses list multiple times in multiple modes until you get money. Because they will never store that thing in proper manner. 7.You will never get recognization for your hard work. Instead of that you need to answer for the all mistakes which happened due to management. They will simply blame you for everything. 8.Whatever the thing happening they will simply black mail with your salary. For example if table is not organized simply they tell they will cut from your salary even you are not using that table. 9.You will never get your on time salary. For some of the people they tell due some issue salary not credited but It was intentionally postponed. 10. Bariflo labs doesn't have proper HR, Accountant and managers. 11.They will never fire you directly. Because they need to give your salary if they fired you. So simply they will torture you indirectly up to you will leave yourself.
