Pros

They are quite well established in industrial recruiting, always seem to have a lot of contracts, especially in Midlands. They organize yearly events for their staff and are constantly expanding.

Cons

They do tend to take advantage of people who work hard, also the wages they pay are not relevant to a volume of work you will be asked to complete. Being on call over the weekend is a regular thing, so sometimes you maybe working even 3 hours on both Saturday and Sunday and won't get paid extra for it

Some nice people. The head office is impressive. Systems are good.

Cons

Nottingham office is the strangest place ive ever been to. Busy but micro-managed on ground floor. No-one on middle floor. Pointless senior management on top floor who doesnt say hello to anyone, no one is comfortable with him or his girlfriend who turns up whenever she likes and does nothing except spend money. Its so embarressing. They drive round in flash cars, go shopping and then sack others if they need to make savings.
