Pros
They are quite well established in industrial recruiting, always seem to have a lot of contracts, especially in Midlands. They organize yearly events for their staff and are constantly expanding.
Cons
They do tend to take advantage of people who work hard, also the wages they pay are not relevant to a volume of work you will be asked to complete. Being on call over the weekend is a regular thing, so sometimes you maybe working even 3 hours on both Saturday and Sunday and won't get paid extra for it
