Pros

Amazing team that make the job bearable.

Cons

The senior management couldn’t care less about any of us slaving away in the retail stores. All they care about whether we are making budget and all of the other KPI’s. They don’t acknowledge when you’re doing well but the moment your KPI’s slip they’re on your back about it. They don’t care about hiring staff as they want to keep costs to a minimum as the expense of the rest of the staff who are bending over backwards for the store. They have some strange policies where if you need leave but there’s no one to cover your shift you can’t take leave. This might sound fair but every store is basically short staffed so there is never anyone available to cover.
